Happy new week My People! Identity politics was a phrase I heard around me so often! Up until I got to studying, observing, and literally living the reality of my identity and politics being dependent on each other. A relationship that was subtle and unspoken about has become a persuasive tool in politics and our survival.
You know I always drop a gem through my own experience with how this payed out and the ways I capitalized my education & the American political landscape's usual approach, which ultimately led me to consistently scoring a 4.0 grade average.

MY PEOPLE! I'm happy you're tuning in for this episode because it is such an important chat and I wanted to have it with you.
A lot of the time, when people are yapping about their troubles however big or small, it is cathartic. You get to vent and also connect with others that may be going through the same thing or just troubles of their own. Ultimately, those are the main good things. Girlhood and Health. Yes, I 100% believe that woman go thru multiple puberties because WHY did I think I had my body figured out at 21 years old?
A few years down the line and I get to chat about what health looks like for me right now especially with noticeable changes in what my body needs. Health is wealth and an open chat about this will ease my mind because surely, I am not all by myself ??!
